One of the Sri Karmayogi’s idea is that the more the Force descends the more the collective will come to individual. He says internet is first example of that. He used to happily hear about door delivery food services and all that businesses that comes to door as He thought these are examples of world coming to individual.

In past two weeks by participating in a few zoom meetings of various companies and MSME of government of India -I started feeling that the Force has descended more and covid lock down is somewhat instrumental for that.

We can see that from education, health care, freebies and compensation to citizens, work from home, MSME recaps with government guarantees, marketing and financial assurances, training for entrepreneurship , skill upgradation of semi-skilled, local marketing , minimum assured price by eliminating brokers ( today a scheme started that every village head has to go individually to appraise the farmers about food processing and saving food and grains in government cold storage or warehouses to prevent wastage and loss).

In all above the organisations to which hitherto we were chasing is coming to individual.

That is organisation coming to individual or in Sri Karmayogi’s words world is coming to individual.

According to Him when collective comes down to individual it makes him to progress. If it gives maximum or with intensity to one individual who has receptivity, he becomes a leader.

In this covid times, in the lower end the collective is giving compulsion on individual to progress by coming out of all his opinions, prejudices, comfort zones – even skills and capacities.

At the higher end it is giving new opportunities in every plane from material to consciousness to evolve.
