First the basic definition to understand the terms – for practical purpose is:

• Endurance – Patience with strength in bearing pain or hardships. Ability to continue despite fatigue and adverse conditions.
• Indifference -Lack of interest or concern due to mediocrity. Ignorance – Lack of right knowledge, Lack of learning. (We don’t know the laws of copyright; we fix any name for company and when it grows it will be difficult get Trademark or copyright for formulas).
• Error – We know it, we do not use it. Condition of doing what is not right when we know the right. Believing the untrue when we know the truth. (We know the laws of traffic – but skip as and when needed).

I am giving a brief example to explain this: Hope this will suffice to catch the essence of the concept.


As I am in a niche field whenever a manager or a senior executive resigns from my company it is usual for them to start their own company in similar lines.

At first, I submitted to it. Taking as- life and business will be like that only, we cannot do anything. This in spite of the knowledge got from Appa’s books – that nothing comes to you without a corresponding element in you – particularly in these kind treacheries.

(This is Error).

Second, when another manager also made the same – I took many other principles from Appa’s writings – like wisdom, discrimination, common sense-and developed shrewdness in not disclosing the application methods, devised a system that all communications are routed through me only, not making him to contact clients directly, giving company registered mobile numbers to him so that even if he resigns, the calls will come to me etc., (This is ignorance of what kind of process or law exists).

Third, when another manager also did the same, this time the damage was more as he took some of my regular orders. I was so frustrated initially to reduce the price and compete or make false propaganda about it him and his quality of work, and lack of experience. But resisted that temptation as it is ill will – and sure it will misfire. Then I started to search for correspondence in me but could not find exactly the same or anything that can justify his act. This went on for about one year – always boiling whenever his thought comes or whenever I hear about him.

One day it dawned that having negativity or grudge about someone is itself a link to get offended though I am not doing anything that is negative – I tried to replace it by higher principle – a positive principle- based on Appa’s business principle that competition is actually business expansion for the entire industry and so we have to be happy for that. This made me to cool down a bit and forget about him.

After few weeks I got calls from south part of Tamilnadu like Tuticorin, Thirunelveli Rajapalayam -wherein he developed the market but as and when some of them needed the services they found that he is incompetent. When they searched for competent person, they found me as an alternative and so all market developed by him in south Tamilnadu came to me without any of my effort. (This is endurance – gave me the knowledge of process of evolution in consciousness).

    So to evolve in consciousness – the process is:

• Accurate perception of the events on what higher knowledge is trying to give.
• Divine Clarity on that as “Whole knowledge”- not seeing in parts or not leaving any parts.
• Getting the psychological perfection based on that in personality.
