If we take ourselves as inversion of Supreme to Matter – that is Divine changing as Human – emerging out from those lower level or involved levels gives higher consciousness. All forms of higher consciousness and its forms and corresponding acts never fails to give positive results externally is the one theory we all know.
We can analyse this by thinking on all the changes we brought in our life. If we see our life, in every reversal we made in the past – we can see that, what we changed is some form of ignorance. So, reversal is coming out of limited mind to a positive form of knowledge. In practical terms, it is self-discovery – who we are, what kind of knowledge, wisdom we have, what are our limitations, etc. Emerging from that ignorance, sill more, in layman terms, it can be said as coming out of our personality to see the reality. Take a case of debt-ridden person or person with lack of job and we can see this.
An engineer, an academic rank holder often says that he is going to quit his job as what he is getting is peanuts and he can be an entrepreneur. Sometimes he said he is going to join MBA. Suddenly he was given a pink slip and for about six months he got neither job, not started any business nor MBA seat. Prayer to Mother yielded nothing and life was standstill for him. On discussing with another devotee, he found that the attitude to resign and join MBA is not for his progress, as he projected. He said and planned to join MBA to hide his unemployability in that job, lack of practical knowledge (though a rank holder), lack of communication, etiquette, and English knowledge – as he is from a backward area.
Realizing this, he consecrated the attitude to Mother and started learning his basic subject again and joined a personality development course.Within days, he got a good job pertaining exactly to his skills as well as subsidized Executive MBA sponsored by that company as part time.
So, in practical terms, reversal is – coming out of our personality to see the reality. In other words, it is finding steps for progress as a whole – inner and outer.
Obstacles in our practical life or work is actually an opportunity. We find that or understand that over a period of time. To see that in the beginning itself is reversal or inversion – to expand the limited mind to see all aspects of work. The limited mind keeps us tied to the present time – not even in past or future, but always thinking of the obstacle. We feel levelling off and contented and after some time when others progress, the gap seems widened. Here coming out of our opinions, prejudices and justification, like lack of business, social environment, persons, market – is reversal of inversion.
Practical steps for Reversals:
1. Coming out of ego – Analysing the decisions taken based on emotions, affections, pleasing others, pleasing self, pleasing the society.
2. Coming out of mind – Opinion, prejudices, justification for that decision.
3. Coming out of time – Analysing the inertia of the body that failed to do the smallest act required.
Sri Karmayogi beautifully explains this as –
Absence of exploitation of one part by another part – is PROSPERITY.
Man who is willing to express his skill & capacities in utter disregard to social opinions, by not allowing the vital to rule the mind or by not allowing the body to disobey the mind – is REVERSAL.
BUT HOW IT HAPPENS:
When we change our attitude towards attitude that Mother wants us to have, the reversal of consciousness in the mind takes place. It becomes as instrument of unity, instead of instrument of division. This means buried Supermind emerges from mind. As knowledge of super mind is one of the aspects that Mother manifests-evolution-it becomes as “expressive knowledge” which is timelessness within time (and all resultant consequences of mistakes based on ignorance) and so brings results of multi magnitude.
In the absence of such knowledge, relying on Sri Karmayogi’s knowledge ( Books , Articles etc.,) abridges time. Moreover, it is our “knowledge” surrendering to “KNOWLEDGE”.
A heavy flow of traffic can be stopped by a single policeman and by his single whistle. Because the whistle expresses the power of society given to it. Similarly, one single principle of Mother’s aspects can make flow heavy prosperity by reversal (coming out of ignorance that caused it),because it has all the power of manifesting given by Mother.
