A general question may be raised. Is it for all   or only for Mother devotees? (Ref Article-Life repeats to Reconcile).  (At least It is my perception).

It is generally for all, but they are ignorant and pass as karma to experience. As we have emanation of Mother it is more for us   as She makes something in us aspire to evolve than others.  Our awareness of that force – also forces us to linger more on problems which makes us to evolve.

For example Industrial building of say 50000 to 1 lakh sq.ft few mistakes and deviations are accepted as hazard of the industry.  When other contractors escape with glaring mistakes and get payments a small innocuous mistake of mine which won’t have any impact on its performance will be blown out of proportion and payments are held. But that made me to grow with multifaceted knowledge with holistic evolution in personality as well in business. Others who started the business at the same time were out of business or just doing still in small scale.

Generally, when we start, we start from what we think as higher knowledge whereas in truth it will be half baked. Sri Karmayogi says this as lower plane trying to execute a job of higher plane.

Take an example of a teacher who got accolades for her teaching. When she gets promoted as a principal, she gets lot of problems. She will think about her capacities on higher side because she mistakes her skill on teaching is enough for the post of principal, whereas it needs all new set of skills and organize as capacities. For her to start with- she has to implement all those she thought a principal has to do when she worked under a principal. That is the point she is coming out of ignorance of requirement of that post and organising herself for promotion she got/ evolution to next level. Second is to see what made her the best teacher. Whether her subject knowledge, behaviour with students, goodwill for their knowledge and future… anything. Now she has to take that in wider level to entire school, entire parents aspiration, entire education system which makes her to evolve.

I know it poor analogy but still I think it will convey what I intended.

As a thumb rule we can say all problems are because of two sides of life before of us not able to reconcile. Our own plan for us VS Divine’s plan for us.

In case of problems repeating or in persistent problems we have to see:

• Ignorant part in the knowledge (holistic or integral)
• Not doing acts with required emotional compatibility (Psychic education)
• Physical Inertia, not willing to exert to get required skills or capacity. 
• Not understanding the act and its sequence.
• Influencing factors over our act or on problems we face.
• Time
• Deliberate repeating of mistakes which we have already learnt a lesson and its consequences.
• Trying to see how even an innocuous act of past influences present act or problems .
