Sri Karmayogi terms this as “Kalyana Shraddha”. Think of how we plan meticulously, control ourselves, organizing to the core, clear idea on what to accomplish, understanding the sequence of events to happen, not doing anything that can spoil the outcome-and what not….This is symbol of our potential to conduct an event.
Similarly think of auditing times, inspection times, appraisal times – how perfect we are to finish all related to that. This is symbol of what we can be every day like that-but we do that only under pressure.
For example when I write to Sri Karmayogi -I will select best of paper and matching cover, select a new pen so that it does not smudge mid-way, keep a stencil underline – beneath the writing paper- so that writing will be in straight line, keep the height of letters equal as much as possible, select words that is apt and crisp to the point etc.. etc…which shows that I am capable of doing a near perfection. However, most of the time my notes to my supervisors will be difficult to read- sometimes even by me.
Think of the advices we give to others when they come with a problem- how precise it will be-but in similar situation, whether we follow that? –this is symbol of our knowledge to solve problems.
Think of how polite, understanding, adjustable, silent, speak in low voice, discipline etc when we are in meditation centers and how we are once we come out of it. This is symbol of our potential to be in higher consciousness.

Sri Karmayogi has given many examples on how to see symbols of prosperity pertaining to our life.
Last week when I was discussing some other thing with an advocate, I came to know an interesting case which can be said as seeing the symbol of prosperity pertaining to an individual’s life.
In one of the disputes that came to the advocate for filing a case – is about sharing of properties by two brothers inherited from their father which is not ‘’willed’’ property. All other properties were shared equally, and the dispute is based on sharing of a land worth Rs. 50 lakhs. After weeks of arguments and negotiations, the younger brother agreed to give up his right over that land in favour of his elder brother, if his father’s email Ids, Facebook and social club memberships were given to him. And the dispute settled amicably without filing a case. Everybody thought that the younger brother is a mad and freak. But in next one year, the younger brother developed acquaintances with his father’s business contacts and projected himself as the right heir of that business.
In this one year, he earned more than Rupees One Crore from those contacts. Thus, he saw his father’s email Ids, Facebook and social contacts as symbols of prosperity for him, than in tangible piece of land.
