In every era, every century, or in every period society shows a value, an idea, an attitude as symbols of prosperity. Ex. Freedom struggle, cricket, Hindi, computer, internet, new subjects, new technologies, courses, skills, methods. Whoever embraces that – even before others – has become prosperous than other very quickly and most of them are sometime called as pioneers. Some of the examples are Hotmail, net business, outsourcing, GPS, bar-coding, open source etc.

Sri Karmayogi says twentieth century was the symbol of common man. Taking him to high standard of living is its hall mark. Shortly we can say welfare is the symbol of that age. That everything came to his doorsteps-which has become true.

Similarly, He says, that 21st century is the symbol of spiritual individual. He who embraces the ways of spirit will become prosperous than others and become as pioneer. He says the world is moving towards the quest for spiritual individuality. He says even the worlds craze for Harry Potter stories is also symbol of moving towards spirit. Because now those who like Harry Potter may go far entertainment and now turned in to a voodoo tours and black magic exploration-which is symbol of starting belief in higher power in reverse direction.

The world is creating the spiritual individual by forcing him to adhere to the values of spirit.

• The ISO standards, (latest sigma pegs wastage in manufacturing components as three in a million-what kind of organization, planning and perfection and optimum utilization of resources need for that).
• Truth-right of information, internet, SAP, ERP, online taxing, interlinking of departments, reward for merit, openness in almost all, skill and opportunity available for all, etc.
• Abridging time and space –roads, transports, communication, computers, banking etc.,
• Cleanliness is at height in the form of housekeeping and facility managements-even in roadside hotels.
• Caring for individual is at maximum as HRA.
• Care for nature and environment and natural bio feeding and methods to preserve soil -which Mother advocated much.
• Medical faculty finding DNA and other root cause cells to postpone the death.

-are few of many examples that we can think off.

Mother and Bhagavan coming to Tamil Nadu / Pondicherry is the symbol for us-that higher force has come towards us. We in this state can become pioneers if we can adhere to values-as spiritual skills-as they preferred Tamil Nadu over other states.

For that, first we have to find our symbol of prosperity. As prosperity starts with single

unit called “work”-we have to start from there –because only from there we can start practicing truth by implementing forms of truth. First, we have to recognize the opportunities around us as symbols of prosperity.

In practice, it is to know the real source of your strength to crab it. Foster it as “aquifer”. Because it is symbol of strength.

Know the real weakness that stands between us and the prosperity and avoid it. For example, if a difficulty is removed and the life turns around do not bring the old nature, habit, Character, belief, behaviour that created that difficulty because it is symbol of weakness.

That is the transformation of the negatives of the mind into positives of the spirit-and is one of the greatest shifts within human consciousness-to become spiritual individual.

Analyse life:

• Comparing the time when we came to Mother and now and changes took place in skills, attitude, belief etc. It is symbol of our capability to change. Think why we are stagnating now.
• If you are son or daughter of an uneducated parents and now a department head-it is symbol of your soul.
• You can move from lower conscious to higher consciousness.
• You can move from ordinary human being to becoming Mother.

We can see many of our potentials-as symbol of prosperity- if we analyse our peak performance as symbol of our capacity, symbol of our skill.
