This understanding brought empathy and equanimity and neutrality which are Mother’s aspects. When any of Mother’s values enters mind, it is actually activating a point of super mind. That brings the much-cherished value -The Harmony-triggering joy with renewed purpose of life-with the understanding that others are not enemies but teammates for a common goal. This makes all comprehensive power of life that puts everybody at our disposal.
If somebody can do this in work, this can be extended horizontally to others or vertically to higher centres and to whole life.

Life for us is not about hundreds of people. It is comprised of only twenty or thirty people whom we interact often. Understanding their point of view brings harmony wherever we go.

And there is nothing that harmony cannot achieve. In this stage taking other man point of view is to take the view of life-is to move to Mother’s life.

Sri Karmayogi gives still higher levels:

• To take HER view.
• To think of HER point of view.
• To espouse HER view in place of our own view.
• To take HER view of life for HER sake.

When I think from where actually the contradictions come- the culprit is always the judgement I make about persons, situations. This is more evident wherever and whenever a problematic relationship comes over often. When we compare this with the relationships we align well or vibe well, we can see the power of our judgments and how our preferences, emotions, like and dislikes play great part in highlighting or discarding the short comings of others. It is something like proverb “maamiar udaithal…marumagal udaithal….etc.

Consider how we attract certain people to us and vibe well with them. This makes easy to find whom we repel. We can begin to appreciate the strength of our judgement simply noticing whom we attract and whom we repel. When engaged in challenging relationships, the more we are able to refrain from finding fault with and distancing our self from others, the more likely we are to live in harmony.

Sri Karmayogi  says, One who is eager to give away what he had and what he has not yet acquired having to live with another who wants to take anything and everything that does not belong to him is Nature’s way of bringing contradictions together. Nature splits one phenomenon into two and presents them as contradictions in the physical material plane. Man raising himself to Mind, sees the material contradictions sublimating into a logical opposition. Man is so constituted — of contradictions — that he feels fulfilled in following an ideal or rule only when he breaks it. It is self-explanatory.
