Sri Karmayogi says if every moment can be seen in view of – how we involve ourselves and how evolve ourselves -life will be “Divine Life”.

When I gave a thought on above lines, I understood the same as follows:

Every moment we have a thought. Thought immediately goes to emotions or feelings that are transferred to physical action. That is, we “involve” ourself in all parts of being and so it is involution. It is higher aspect surrendering to lower aspect.

But when the thought arises and when we consecrate it, it is surrendering the thought to higher aspect – Mother or Spirit. That prevents impulsiveness of the vital and physical by giving aspects of the spirit like patience, reposeful etc.,

For example, usually when a thought comes to me to contact person – of course with a genuine reason- immediately I pick my mobile phone to call. Though I start with saying “Mother” thinking that it is consecration of conversation, there will not be any change and everything will be based on my thought, plans and actions only.

After thinking about the Sri Karmayogi’s lines given above , when I had a thought and plan to call a person, I just consecrated the thought and withdrew the impulses to call or even to take the mobile. Naturally, a calmness trickled down. The same moment another call came to me and the person said during conversation about another person (to whom I intended to pay a material advance today), that off-late he is defaulting on supplies and never returns the advances received in case of non -supply of materials.

After that another call came from another person, that material I needed (for which I have to 80% upfront and 20% on delivery) is available with another person as dead stock. As it is nearing expiry date, he is willing to offer it on credit – so that I can pay as and when I get the amount from my client. (No investment on my part).

Now I practically understood that – though my call involves myself with all my experiences, general business practices, persons and acquired wisdom still it is involving of ignorance that might have led to the situation of hell of tensions. When I “evolved” took me out of “me” for a moment my thought on a business accomplished in a different way, that never thought off or know off to give me a “JOY”.

So:
-Thoughts passed on to emotions and feelings for action are involution.
-Thoughts passed on to Spirit for action are Evolution.
