Mother needs Her manifesting aspects in us to increase the receptivity.
Appa says these twelve aspects can have a minimum of ten levels each and can be split into any levels 12x10x100x1000 X….. For example, from the impulse to equality you can have 12 levels to 1000 of levels depending on your “Swabhava”. The following are a few of the examples Appa gives for that.
