ஒரு விஷயத்தை நாம் முழுவதும் புரிந்துக் கொண்டு அதை நம் முன்னேற்றத்திற்குப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ள, அதன் (process) இயங்கும் முறை தெரிய வேண்டும். அதன் தத்துவம் (philosophy) புரிய வேண்டும், அதன் (mission) ஏன் வந்தது, எதற்கு இருக்கிறது, எதற்கு உபயோகமாகிறது என்பது புரிய வேண்டும். அதன் மூலம் நம்பிக்கை ஏற்பட வேண்டும் , அது திட நம்பிக்கையாக வளர்த்து , அசைக்க முடியாத நம்பிக்கையாக வேண்டும்.
